Celebrate self-expression, movement, and unapologetic confidence at Pride Heels, a high-energy heels class. This empowering 75-minute experience is designed to help you connect with your body, move with intention, and embrace every part of who you are. Whether you’re dancing for yourself, your community, or simply for the joy of movement, this class is a celebration of authenticity, confidence, and pride.
Whether you’re brand new to dancing in heels, returning after a break, or an experienced dancer looking to reconnect with the fundamentals, this class welcomes all levels and gender identities in an inclusive, affirming, and confidence-forward space where everyone is encouraged to shine exactly as they are.
💃 Sneakers over stilettos? Absolutely welcome. You’ll still gain valuable movement quality, musicality, and technique without wearing heels. If dancing in heels, we recommend 3–4 inches max with good ankle support for comfort and control.
