Join us for this nurturing Prenatal Yoga series that supports a deeper connection between you and your baby while cultivating strength, balance, and resilience for labor and birth.
Classes include grounding breathwork and meditation, an intentional sequence with pregnancy-safe postures, and rest. Each session also fosters community and connection through intentional check-in and shared experience.
Drop in session is $28 or purchase all 4 sessions for $100.
No prior yoga experience is required. All levels welcome.
