Hi, my name is Sasha, I am a qualified Master Sattva Yoga teacher and pregnancy yoga teacher, trained in India in the foothills of the Himalayas. I also have a background in dance with 25 years experience as a professional dancer dance teacher and somatic movement practitioner. These classes, rooted in ancient and modern yogic practices, focus on the health and well being of you and your growing baby. Far more than fitness, they will help keep you moving, regulate your nervous system, keep you grounded and connect you with your growing baby as you progress through your pregnancy. I am a mother and wish that these teachings had been available to me while I was pregnant and it is my greatest joy to share these teachings with you. The classes also provide a safe space for you to share your experiences and connect with other mothers to be. Suitable from 8 weeks pregnant.
