Pregnancy yoga classes in Bow, East London

Led by senior yoga teacher Katrina Kurdy, these prenatal yoga classes are open to all levels and stages of pregnancy. They take place weekly at Move Studio in Bow on Dane Place off of Roman Road. Mats and all props are provided.
