Pregnancy yoga classes in Bow, East London

These prenatal yoga classes are open to all levels and stages of pregnancy. They take place weekly at Move Studio in Bow on Dane Place off of Roman Road. Mats and all props are provided. Please note the studio is on the first floor and there is only stair access.
