We get it. Starting (or restarting) a fitness journey can feel lonely and overwhelming. That’s why we’re ditching the "no pain, no gain" mentality for something a little more soulful.
Join us for Praise & Sweat!
This isn’t a high-intensity bootcamp. It’s a space for women who want to:
✨ Move their bodies through simple YouTube workouts (perfect for all levels!)
✨ Connect with other women who understand the struggle of consistency.
✨ Chat about life, share stories, and learn more about Jesus.
✨ Enjoy some healthy kai and great company.
Whether you’re in activewear or your favorite baggy tee, you are welcome. Let’s encourage each other to stay consistent in our health.

⏰ When: Fridays, 6:30pm - 8:30pm (runs every fortnight)
