SPOTS ARE LIMITED, so first paid = first in! Late entries will NOT be accepted.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY:
- No registrations available on the day so don't ask!
- Entries close the Friday before the competition at 2:00pm. Book early or be sad! No player substitutions allowed.
- Event is weather dependent. If bad weather is forecasted, a go-ahead decision will be made either Friday evening or on the day. Please check Facebook and email for updates.
- For pairs, mixed pairs & 3s events, buy one ticket for your whole team.
- ACVC requires full names for contact tracing and draw creation. If you do not include both your and your partners' full names & contact details, your ticket will be cancelled.
- Our Facebook page is the place to go for the most up-to-date info, updates & cancellations. Event is weather dependent & go-ahead decision made at 7:30am on the day based on current conditions & forecast. SUNDAY IS RESERVED AS A RAIN DAY. .
