More practical than didactic, the intent is to provide a forum for actual practice toward attaining mastery of body, speech, and mind, and thence to master the Universe.
Open to the public; no RSVP needed. Those who already have a regular practice of asana are encouraged to bring whatever cushion or seat they require for its adoption.
