Join us for a joyful evening of inspiration, music, and community at Wingspan’s Power of Love Gala, our annual celebration supporting adults and youth with developmental disabilities.
This year’s theme, “Believe in Music, Believe in Love,” celebrates the creativity, connection, and joy that music and the arts bring to the lives of the people we serve. Guests will enjoy a memorable night filled with meaningful stories, exciting auction items, delicious food, and great company.

The evening will be hosted by special guest emcee Miss Shannan Paul—radio and television host, comedian, and certified benefit auctioneer. Our 2026 Gala Chair is Wingspan Board Member Michael Widdifield, whose family has a deep connection to Wingspan through his uncle Peter, a resident at our Fairview home.
Guests will also enjoy live music by Beacon One and complimentary Woodstock Sunset martinis and Flower Power mocktails, generously sponsored by Digital Mass and UMB Bank.
Sponsorships start at just $300, and all sponsorships include tickets. Individual tickets are just $100.
Our silent auction opens April 30 and is open to everyone—attendance at the gala is not required to bid. Experiences, gift certificates, curated baskets, wines and spirits, and Wingspan’s signature hand-painted birdhouses can be browsed and bid on online.
