We invite kids ages 7-12 and their families for an exciting creative Power Kids workshop, Together we Weave!About this Event
This workshop begins with a short gallery tour, where families will look at how Jeneen Frei Njootli uses textiles in her work. Afterwards, participants will try hand weaving with recycled and found fabrics, experimenting with patterns, textures, and colour in a playful, hands-on activity. The workshop encourages observation, creativity, and exploring how materials can carry meaning and stories.
Plan Your Visit:
- For ages 7–12 (younger or older siblings welcome)
- Wear comfortable, art-friendly clothing
- Parents or guardians must stay with their child
- Bring a bag or container to take creations home
