About this Event
POUR IN is a day retreat for women ready to be refueled, reset, and genuinely poured into.
On Saturday, March 21st, join us for a beautifully curated day where rest is the priority and receiving is the practice.
We’ll begin with yoga and a 15-minute classical Pilates flow, move into live performances and a nourishing lunch, then gather for table talk with surprise community wellness leaders you will not want to miss.
The day will close with a life visioning meditation inspired by the teachings of Dr. Michael Beckwith, gently paired with a restorative sound bath to help you reconnect with yourself and what’s next for your life.
This experience is rooted in choice. You can lean into the beauty of sisterhood and connect with the women around you, or honor your need for quiet and spaciousness. Either way, this day is designed to nourish you.
