Potato Gnocchi Class: Classic Italian Comfort Food (Chef Erica Foffi)
This class focuses on the art of making potato gnocchi, a timeless Italian comfort food known for its soft and delicate texture.
After a warm Italian welcome with focaccia and marinated olives, we will explore the fundamentals of gnocchi-making. You will learn how to select the right potatoes, prepare the dough, and shape gnocchi that are light, tender, and balanced.
The gnocchi will be finished simply with a classic tomato sauce and Parmigiano, allowing the quality of the ingredients and technique to shine.
We will enjoy a shared meal together featuring your handmade gnocchi and a mixed green salad with balsamic.
