What is integral sound healing?

Integral sound healing is a powerful process, which balances the body, mind, and spirit of an individual through sound and vibration. This non-invasive process is intended to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

It is a free-flowing style where participants follow the rhythm of the sounds while learning to recognize and respond to what the body needs without judgment.
