Hey MOM,
How would you like to join a Postpartum Strength and Conditioning group class outdoors in San Francisco?
Join us for bodyweight, cardio, and functional movements - simple and effective. Bring your kids or leave them at home - this workout is for you!
The only equipment you'll need is a yoga mat.
We are 100% outdoors, no sweaty gyms or hot yoga studios.
Monday class meets near the Restrooms on JFK Drive cross Chain of Lakes Drive in Golden Gate Park. Wednesday class meets at Sutro Heights Park.
Our instructors are able to adjust any movement to your needs.
Your child(ren) are always welcome at our workouts.
Note this is a class for adults, if a caregiver brings a baby/child to the class - it is their responsibility to ensure their safety and comfort.
Class fee is $25 per person, babies/kids are always free and welcome.
We currently accept Venmo (@Anastasiya-Rutus). Payments are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to another MOM session this season—or gift it to a fellow mom—if you email us ([email protected]) at least 24 hours in advance of the class.
Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows help us cover instructor time and cannot be transferred.
You are always welcome to drop in and pay at the event.
You will be asked to sign a release form at the event.
