Possibilities & Refusals in Black Canadian Studies Symposium

Join colleagues and community members at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) campus as we launch the Journal of Canadian Studies (JCS) Special Issue: “”.
The Symposium will include an engaging panel featuring the Special Issue’s contributing authors followed by an open engagement session for attendees to continue the conversation through moderated table discussions.
We’ll conclude with an evening reception to showcase local Toronto talent and Scarborough’s infamous Caribbean cuisine as we create space for Black inclusion, togetherness, and celebration.
