One of the most recognisable and beautiful male voices on the Polish music scene, Sławek Uniatowski is known for his warm bass-baritone and masterful blend of jazz, swing, and classical elegance. His concerts offer a seamless combination of fresh interpretations of jazz standards alongside his own original compositions.
Uniatowski’s musical journey began with piano lessons at the age of five. However, his true passion for music was ignited when he first heard the enchanting melodies of Ennio Morricone on a borrowed tape. He spent much of his childhood in music stores, playing keyboard instruments and immersing himself in the world of cinema — which soon became his second great love.
A major turning point came in 2005, when he gained national recognition after winning second place on the TV show Idol. This success led to a record deal, and over time, he began composing and writing songs, many of which were kept "in the drawer" until he was ready to share them with the world.
After a long break, his musical career gained new momentum in 2016. In 2018, he released his acclaimed debut album Metamorphosis, followed by Uniatowski, and has since continued to tour extensively across Poland while working on new material in his private studio.
