Module 2: Overview of the Project Management Environment
This module covers the key factors influencing projects, including internal and external Enterprise Environmental Factors and Organizational Process Assets. We'll also examine how various Organizational Systems affect a project.
Module 3: The Role of the Project Manager
We’ll define the Project Manager's role and their broad sphere of influence. You’ll learn about the necessary competencies for success and the critical function of performing integration.

Info: Module 4: Project Integration Management
Learn how to Develop the Project Charter and Project Management Plan. We’ll also cover Directing and Managing Project Work, Managing Project Knowledge, Integrated Change Control, and Closing a Project or Phase.

This module covers how to Plan Scope Management, Collect Requirements, Define Scope, and Create the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). We'll also teach you how to Validate and Control Scope to prevent project creep.
Module 6: Project Schedule Management

We’ll show you how to Plan Quality Management by setting standards. You’ll then learn how to Manage Quality by applying those standards and how to Control Quality by monitoring results.

This module covers how to Plan Resource Management, Estimate Activity Resources, and Acquire Resources. We will also teach you to Develop and Manage Team and to Control Resources to ensure they're available.
Module 9: Project Communications Management
Learn to Plan Communications Management to meet stakeholder needs. We’ll then cover how to Manage Communications by distributing information and how to Monitor Communications to ensure effective engagement.

Info: Module 10: Project Risk Management
This module covers the risk management process, from how to Plan Risk Management to Identify Risks. We’ll then cover Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Analysis, and how to Plan, Implement, and Monitor Risk Responses.
Module 11: Project Procurement Management
This module focuses on how to Plan Procurement Management by making key decisions. We’ll also cover how to Conduct Procurements and Control Procurements to ensure vendor performance.
Module 12: Project Stakeholder Management
You’ll learn how to Identify Stakeholders and their interests. We will also cover how to Plan, Manage, and Monitor Stakeholder Engagement to ensure project support.
Module 13: Professional and Social Responsibility
This module explores the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, emphasizing the core values of responsibility, respect, fairness, and honesty. We will also discuss the code's applicability to all certified professionals.
