Join us for a supportive and empowering 10-week wellbeing workshop series at:

This series is fully funded by the Livewell Foundation, making it free to attend.
Delivered by Wellbeing Workshops Devon CIC, these sessions offer a warm, welcoming space for women to explore and strengthen their wellbeing through a blend of psychoeducation, coaching psychology, and positive psychology.
Designed to feel human, practical, and empowering, the workshops provide tools you can use in everyday life, alongside meaningful discussion and shared reflection.
Together, we’ll explore:
🧠 Understanding emotions, managing stress and overwhelm, and building self-awareness
💬 Confidence, self-belief, boundaries, values, and navigating self-doubt
🌱 Strengths, resilience, authenticity, and developing a more compassionate mindset
🤝 Gentle group discussion, shared learning, and social connection in a non-judgemental space
🫖 Time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and others
Whether you’re looking to build confidence, develop practical wellbeing tools, or simply take some time for yourself, this is a space to pause, learn, and grow together.
