Our invitation to 'Playing Poetry, with love' 💌
This gathering is curated with the intention to explore poetry and art through playfulness. Visit our collective art exhibition, explore an experimental live poetry performance along with a workshop, and enjoy conversations, snacks and soft drinks with one another.

Venue: Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre, B5 4TB (Studio 4)
Please enter via Thorp Street entrance, next to Stage Door. The studio is located on the ground floor with step free access.
The gathering is free but with limited spaces, please book the ticket to reserve your place.
If you can no longer attend, please kindly release your ticket.

About 'Playing Gallery'
Explore our collective exhibition when door opens. The gallery shares artworks from three artists, weaving into creative responses from artists-audience at the gathering. We hope to cultivate human connection with you.
About 'Playing Poetry, Seriously' & Workshop
'Playing Poetry, Seriously' is a scratch work performed by three artists in collaboration, where the ensemble responds creatively to prompts from a live audience. We will listen to the flow and open the space for a workshop, where performers and audience will play and experiment the craft together.
We welcome all ages - but please note that this gathering is intended for 18+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that upon arrival, you will be approached by staff for a bag check as part of the venue safety procedures.
