Live conversation exploring who men are in relationships and the patterns that shape how we love. Open to Men & Women.
About this Event

How We Love is a live conversation exploring who men are inside relationships. Open to men & Women.

Relationships reveal us. They show us how we communicate, how we withdraw, how we protect ourselves, and how we care. Many of us were never taught how to navigate intimacy - we learned through experience, mistakes, and silence.

This event is a space for men to reflect on the patterns they bring into relationships, and how those patterns impact the people they love. Not to be fixed. Not to be judged. But to understand.

Through open dialogue and shared reflection, we will explore intimacy, communication, vulnerability, and what it means to stay present with another person.

The evening will be facilitated by Omar Junior, Founder of The Study of Men, alongside Matthew Johnston, a qualified Psychotherapist.

Hosted by The Study of Men.
