You are warmly invited to join us for a deeply restorative Equinox Pamper & Healing Workshop — a two-hour immersive experience designed to help you rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
The equinox marks a natural point of balance and transition, making it the perfect time to pause, release accumulated tension, and nourish your nervous system. This session has been carefully created to offer you a space where you can simply lie down, be held, and receive.
As you relax comfortably on a mat, you will be guided into a gentle state of calm through Huda’s therapeutic sound healing.
Alongside the sound journey, Daya will offer a combination of auricular acupuncture, reflexology, and Reiki energy healing. These complementary therapies work together to support deep relaxation, improve energetic flow, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Each modality is offered gently and respectfully while you remain in a restful, meditative state.
This is your time to switch off from external demands and allow yourself to be nurtured fully — physically, mentally, and energetically.

It’s a gentle, relaxing modality often used to ease stress, improve sleep, and promote emotional wellbeing.

Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that applies pressure to mapped points on the feet to encourage relaxation and support the body’s natural healing responses
