Welcome to The Play Too Much workshop series by The Playmakers Project!At the Playmakers Project, we believe that the joy of 'play' and playmaking in theatre can unlock confidence, creativity, and connection for everyone. This workshop is about discovering new ways to express yourself and develop your creative voice in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Playing encourages a feeling of safety, natural confidence and authenticity.
This taster workshop is designed to help you explore personal expression through playful drama exercises. You'll engage in fun, accessible drama games that gently build your confidence, while also encouraging self-awareness and reflection.
Through storytelling and embodying characters, you'll find fresh ways to express yourself and connect with others, gaining insights that can help in your day-to-day life.
Who is the workshop for?
EVERYONE. Whether you have no experience acting/theatre making, or you are an experienced actor looking for a safe environment to sharpen your tools and take creative risks we believe there is something we can learn from everyone.
