In celebration of Healthy Aging Month and National Cholesterol Education Month, join us for a hands-on tofu workshop inspired by Taiwanese and Korean home cooking!
The event will be held at the 2D Restaurant, Chicago’s first hand-drawn café—a playful, black-and-white world where food and art come together.
Bring your friends and meet new ones, as healthy aging never tasted so fun and delicious—support your gut, nourish your heart, and age with flavor. This interactive session includes tastings, recipes, and live demonstrations.
