Lie back, relax, and sink into an immersive sonic landscape with sound meditation facilitator Jay Taylor. This interactive experience is an opportunity to practice self-care in a welcoming environment with intention-setting, singing bowls, light guided breathing, and deep relaxation.Sound Meditation is for ages 16+. It is recommended for guests who can be peaceful and still for up to 60 minutes. No specific training or beliefs are required to participate and benefit from this event.
For the best possible experience, bring anything you will need to get comfortable on the ground—a mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, etc.—and wear comfortable clothing.
