Join us for a special Plant-Based Dessert Masterclass, a collaboration between Mama Dolce and Callalie Cakes, led by award-winning pastry chef Natalie Sheridan of Callalie Cakes, taking place in East London on 17th May.
This welcoming and creative class is designed for anyone who would love to learn how to make elegant plant-based desserts in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether you are a beginner or already enjoy baking at home, Natalie will guide you step by step throughout the session, sharing professional techniques you can recreate at home.
During the class, you’ll create two delicious desserts, including a Chocolate & Hazelnut Torte, while learning valuable pastry and presentation skills. You’ll also enjoy tastings of Mama Dolce ice cream, thoughtfully paired with the desserts.
