A ritual/performance collaboration with audience participation.
The Pink Moon, April's full moon, is named after the early spring blooming of pink moss phlox, signaling the season's arrival.
This full moon signifies spiritual renewal, and growth - acting as a catalyst for new beginnings after winter. In Libra, it fosters balancing and harmony in relationships.
We will start with a flower exchange. Flowers will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Everyone will have a flower, and exchange it one by one while greeting each other.
Or Nah will dance in honor of the moon: SHAKTI Yoga Flow.
Tamara Wyndham will make a contact body print of Or Na at the conclusion of her dance. Applying paint to her body, the paint will transfer to cloth. This symbolizes a transformation.
Participants will then be invited to be blessed with water that has been exposed to the full moon, and also blessed with a rose quartz crystal.
Dance: Or Nah
Body Print Painting: Tamara Wyndham
