- Dates & Time: Every Sunday for 8 weeks, starting June 14 - August 9, NO CLASS JUNE 21, 10:30am–12:00 p.m.
- Location: Raeden Fitness Studio 2115 Midland Ave Unit #5, Scarborough, ON M1P 3E4
- Group Size: Small cohort, max 18 participants
- Format: 1‑hour strength class + 20‑minute connection session
- Instructor: Certified Personal Trainer (boutique strength training)
