This Mini Ball Pilates workshop blends a smart workout with simple coaching to build a stronger core, better posture, and that steady, confident feeling in your body. The ball gives you instant feedback, so you switch on the right muscles, improve alignment, and feel the difference straight away.
We’ll start by arriving into the body with breath and simple positioning, then move through progressive blocks for deep core, glutes, hips, and upper back posture. We’ll finish with mobility, release, and a mini ball supported rest, so you leave feeling worked yet deeply reset.
You’ll also receive a simple gift: a 5 minute desk posture routine to keep the results going through your week.
