Focus on precise movements to develop balance, body awareness, flexibility, and endurance — using props such as weights, resistance bands or miniballs to assist with strengthening and toning the entire body. * All levels welcomed.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and a towel. All mats & other props will be provided.
About me: I'm an 15 year Breast Cancer Survivor, a trained dancer, Personal Trainer , Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach with a primary focus on Pilates, Barre, Zumba & he mind-body connection. I do private instruction & training through my own fitness brand, McQueen Fitness LLC. I work with a wide range of clients, with a focus on high-performing women and athletes.
