About this Event
Join us for a 30min mat based Pilates class led by Emily at Mode Studio, followed by a 5k run led by Naked run club (south london's sexiest run club!). Your run will finish at Naked in Deptford Market Yard, where your free smoothie will be ready for you post workout, giving you time to unwind and socialise with your fellow participants.
Mode x Naked is the collab you've been waiting for! Mode Studio offers a space where movement meets mindfulness, to support holistic wellbeing for your mind and body. Naked run club is a community in Depford for young people living in London, that want to feel connected and socialise whilst smashing their running goals. Join us at this fortnightly event to experience the best that both communities have to offer.
