About this Event
You can expect a mix of classic and modern Pilates focused on strength, mobility and posture, with layered options to suit everyone's ability!
All you'll need is a water bottle, and comfortable clothes - everything else is provided. Unless you prefer having your own mat, towel and/or want to explore ankle/wrist weights, then those would be on you to bring!
The halls are located to the side of the church on Merton Road, near the parking lot. After you go through the gate, continue straight - you’ll see a new building and an entrance. Once you pass through the first set of doors, the Mirror Hall will be right in front of you.
