Led by Khetanya, founder of KKRU Pilates Studio & Wellness, this class blends classical Pilates principles with breath, intention, and accessible progressions for all levels. Whether you are brand new or experienced in your practice, you will be guided in a way that meets you where you are.

This offering is rooted in a simple belief: movement is medicine, and wellness should be available to everyone. Our goal is to expand accessibility of high quality wellness practices, which is why we welcome ALL individuals, and anyone looking to build strength and consistency through a supportive, community-driven wellness experience.
