This upbeat all-levels class combines ballet-inspired, flowing movements, classical pilates and deep holds to improve flexibility, mobility, and posture. Using the barre for support, you'll explore movements that target every major muscle group, helping you move with greater ease and grace. This class is perfect for improving muscular endurance, mobility, pelvic and core strength. This class will be upbeat and intentional! Modifications will be given throughout class to ensure inclusivity no matter where you are in your fitness journey!
