Pilates For A Purpose: A Nugget of Hope Foundation

For every baby born sleeping, and every Mother forever transformed.

Join me for an afternoon of intentional movement, healing sounds, and community as we officially launch A Nugget of Hope Foundation.

This event is a labor of love, held on the 2nd anniversary of my son. It is a day dedicated to turning grief into a legacy—creating a space where we can honor the little ones who are always in our hearts while supporting the mothers who carry them.

We will gather in community, moving through a purposeful flow into a restorative finish:

• 3:30 PM | Doors Open: Arrive to browse our Vendor Marketplace and support local black businesses that share our mission of wellness.
• Special Presentation: An official introduction to the vision and future of A Nugget of Hope Foundation.
• Pilates For A Purpose: A group Pilates session led by Coach J, designed for all levels to connect breath with movement.
• Sound Bath Experience: We will conclude with a deep, immersive sound bath for a moment of peace and reflection.

• Date: April 25th
• Location: VIBE DanceSport, 15501 Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19116
• Attire: All Black Activewear. We ask that all guests wear black as a symbol of our unified strength and remembrance.

This journey started with those closest to us. We are offering an Early Bird "Family & Friends" launch starting today. General public registration will open in three days. Space is limited to ensure an intimate environment for healing.
