Start and finish your week strong with Pippa Pilates! This free/donation-based class is designed to boost your energy, improve flexibility, and build core strength in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether youβre a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, these sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the week and kickstart your weekend.
What to expect:
β A dynamic 45-minute Pilates session
β Focus on strength, flexibility & posture
β A feel-good workout to boost energy & reduce stress
β Mixed ability class β all levels welcome (ages 18+)
β Group setting (max 14 people)

β A Yoga/Pilates mat
