Start and finish your week strong with Pippa Pilates! This free/donation-based class is designed to boost your energy, improve flexibility, and build core strength in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether youโre a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, these sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the week and kickstart your weekend.
What to expect:
โ A dynamic 45-minute Pilates session
โ Focus on strength, flexibility & posture
โ A feel-good workout to boost energy & reduce stress
โ Mixed ability class โ all levels welcome (ages 18+)
โ Group setting (max 14 people)
What to bring:
โ A Yoga/Pilates mat
โ Comfortable workout clothes
