Pilates - Classes Jan 8, 15, 22 followed by 8 week block Feb 12, 2026

We’re delighted to be offering Pilates classes with Rebecca at the IIPC, beginning in January with three taster sessions before moving into a full 8-week block in February.

January Taster Sessions
A great opportunity to try Pilates, meet the instructor, and see if it’s the right fit for you.

• Dates: January 8, 15, and 22, 2026
• Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Cost: $20 per session

If you enjoy the taster sessions and would like to continue, you can then join the full 8-week Pilates block, starting:

• Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on core strength, flexibility, and balance, while also improving posture and body awareness. This class is a health and well-being initiative of the IIPC Wellness Program. ☀️

Pilates is perfect for those who are looking for new ways to relieve stress and pain, or simply improve their overall mental health and well-being. 🧠

All you will need is your yoga mat and water bottle! 🤩

Taster Classes in January are $20.00 per class, you can pay at the door.

For the February block of 8 classes, a payment of $20.00 on Eventbrite covers the first class and will secure your spot for the entire 8 weeks. The balance of $140 will be due on the first day of class. Your spot in the class in non-transferrable, and if you are unable to attend a class no refunds will be given.
