Pilates Classes - An 8-week series beginning Thursday, October 23, 2025!

After a successful 7 week course, we are delighted to add more classes Rebecca Doherty! We will be having an 8-week course beginning Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. here at the Irish Immigration Pastoral Center. The last class of 2025 will be on Thursday, December 18, 2025.

Note: We will not have class on Thursday, November 27, 2025 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on core strength, flexibility, and balance, while also improving posture and body awareness. This class is a health and well-being initiative of the IIPC Wellness Program. ☀️

Pilates is perfect for those who are looking for new ways to relieve stress and pain, or simply improve their overall mental health and well-being. ?

The seven-class series is $15.00 per class, or $20 per class for walk-ins. All you will need is your yoga mat and water bottle! ? A payment of $15.00 on Eventbrite covers the first class and will secure your spot for the entire 8 weeks. The balance of $105 will be due on the first day of class. Your spot in the class in non-transferrable, and if you are unable to attend a class no refunds will be given.
