Pilates is a fantastic way to focus more on strengthening your body as a whole. We will work on improving your balance, mobilising your joints and generally learning how to control your body with good posture and forming better habits when moving.This is a great level for those looking to progress their abilities, building on strength whilst being offered challenges. With over 10 years’ teaching experience, my aim is to bring a positive energy and a motivating tone to each session. I enjoy helping clients feel strong, capable, and at ease in a supported, friendly environment.
Classes are small for observations and individual feedback and are suitable for those with good body awareness or previous experience with Pilates, dance or Yoga, however beginners are welcome.
Each session is 55 minutes. Cost £54 for 6 weeks.
