Join us for a curated Sunday experience designed to reset your body, elevate your energy, and bring together movement and connection in a beautiful setting.
The morning begins with an instructor-led Pilates class focused on strength, length, and alignment. After class, stay and unwind with mimosas while connecting with others in a relaxed, elevated atmosphere.
To complement the experience, Vitamin B12 shots by Sunshine Wellness will be available to support energy, focus, and overall wellness.
Please bring your own Pilates mat.
