We’re delighted to be offering Pilates classes with Rebecca at the IIPC, with another block of 6 classes, April 23- May 28, 2026.

Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on core strength, flexibility, and balance, while also improving posture and body awareness. This class is a health and well-being initiative of the IIPC Wellness Program. ☀️

Pilates is perfect for those who are looking for new ways to relieve stress and pain, or simply improve their overall mental health and well-being. 🧠

All you will need is your yoga mat and water bottle! 🤩

For the block of 6 classes, a payment of $20.00 on Eventbrite covers the first class and will secure your spot for the entire 6 weeks. The balance of $100 will be due on the first day of class. Your spot in the class in non-transferrable, and if you are unable to attend a class no refunds will be given.
