Come join us for a Hatha Yoga practice into somatic healing on the Phiadelphia Art Museum Steps. Awaken to your true nature by surrendering to your inner calm. Move mindfully into each Asana (yoga pose) as a beginner or seasoned yogi. Modifications are offered to guide you into yoga with grace.
Experience a guided meditation into yogic rest to declutter a busy mind and dissolve tensions.
All levels of practice are welcome!
Bring your own yoga mat or a large beach towel and water!
Class led by Lorean Murphy E-CYT 98’: I am a Hatha Yoga teacher with 25 years of teaching experience. I am the owner of Open Center Yoga, established in 2009 located in Bristol PA. I lead healing arts classes, Women’s Circles, and visualization/guided meditation sessions. Also, I’ve been offering Vedic Energy Alignment Healing sessions for over 20 years.
