About This Event
Men are often taught to hide pain, suppress emotions, and “push through” mental health challenges alone. MASKULINITY is about breaking that cycle.
The Real Men Real Talk (RMRT) Mental Wellness Summit creates a powerful, culturally grounded space for men and families to take off the mask, redefine what strength looks like, and engage in honest conversations about mental health, trauma, healing, and purpose.
This free, community‑centered summit blends conversation, screenings, resources, and connection—because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
Summit Features
✅ Free mental health screenings (confidential & voluntary)
✅ Community resources & wellness activities
✅ Fireside chat with a nationally recognized mental wellness advocate
✅ Facilitated breakout sessions that promote honest, courageous dialogue
✅ Food & fellowship to build trust, connection, and brotherhood
Whether you’re seeking support, resources, or simply a space to be heard—this summit is for you.
