About this Event
Do you find yourself carrying the burdens of others? Do you sometimes say “yes” when you really want to say “no”?
This Saturday workshop offers a calm, reflective space to explore personal boundaries through guided writing prompts, conversation and self-enquiry.
You do not need to be a writer. This is not about perfect grammar, polished sentences or producing a finished piece of work. It is about using reflection and writing as a way to notice what you feel, what you need, and where you may want to make small but meaningful changes.
During the day, you will be invited to reflect on where your boundaries feel clear, where they feel blurred, and what it might mean to express your needs without guilt.
This workshop is for anyone who wants time to pause, think, write and see things differently.
No writing skills needed — just curiosity and an open mind.
Date: Saturday 16th May
Time: 10am to 5pm
Location: Central London — full details shared after booking
Price: £40 per workshop
Concession/donation option: If cost is a barrier, you are welcome to pay what you can, from £15.
