About this Event
Art Works by Liv Offers bespoke art classes that create calmness, self awareness, positive mindfulness and mental health growth. Olivia is a qualified Art Therapist & Artist. This course is quite unique and is tailored for adults interested in gifting themselves some time to play, relax & create.
The art-based course is intentionally focused on the process & not the outcome!! (Please leave the pursuit for perfectionism at the door) The intentional approach will allow for more time to unwind, relax, connect to yourself and explore the self and learn plenty of new life skills.
Whilst the main focus is on art; Each class will offer a wonderful environment & positive socialisation to positively influence a client’s wellbeing. Olivia also incorporates over a decade of working in the mental health space into her course, you will have the opportunity to explore breath work, meditation and mindfulness & so much more
Each session will be held at one of the beautiful studios at ATWELL HOUSE & GALLERY, Melville

16th April : Drawing activities for fun, getting to know self through art exploration
23rd April: Embracing imperfection
30th April: Life chart, Visual time line of life to date
7th May: Seeing beauty in nature (outdoor session)
14th May: Connection to others
