Monthly South Lake Swap & Share event.We meet on the 3rd Sunday of the month at the Lakelands Hockey Facility, 84 South Lake Drive, South Lake.
Bring along your surplus home-grown fruits, vegetables, herbs, cuttings, plants (edibles & ornamentals), flowers, seeds or related home-garden items like spare pots, gardening magazines, mulch materials etc. It doesn't have to be a lot and you can swap and share garden tips and information as well.
(No mushrooms, cooked foods or preserves or eggs)
BYO containers
The swap will start at 9am with setting up the tables. We then go round the table, explaining what we’ve brought and sharing information on how to grow/use it, before exchanging garden products.
Everybody helps with the set-up and pack up to make it a smooth and enjoyable event.
Take home what you brought that wasn’t taken by someone else (don’t leave your stuff behind for us to clean up).
To keep it local, this is for gardening produce from the Cockburn area.
