Mens Breathwork Circle

7pm till 9pm located in Bibra Lake
( located upstairs at Athlete x)
This is a small group and is limited to 4 spots only!
This is to ensure safety and support for all that attend.
What to expect:
•Short introduction
•Internal check in and grounding exercise.
•Sharing circle
•Most importantly You will be guided through a 60min holotropic/ trauma release breathwork journey also known as Conscious Connected Breathwork paired with facilitated breath repatterning. A dive into your inner world allowing the body to release, process and integrate stored energy, emotions and trauma.
Group sessions can be a powerful experience sharing the space with others where vulnerability and honesty are met with compassion, empathy and understanding.
This space is for men looking to drop into their bodies and out of the mind, to connect with self and their feelings, to let go of stored emotions/trauma and to learn to open their heart.
