Join the Peace Walk 2026!
The event is set to bring together people of all faiths, cultures, backgrounds and interests to meet and take short walk, from the Newcastle Civic Centre through to Exhibition Park and arrive at the Wylam Brewery for finale with music, performances, activities and food stalls.
The event is open to all and welcomes people from across the North East and beyond, with events taking place in Manchester, Birmingham and London, and also 10 partner countries including Latvia, Switzerland, South Africa and Japan
We will have performances to warm up the walk at the Civic before the finale performances. Including poentry, music and dance.
Actvities include Henna and Facepainitng. There will be food stalls and food trucks available on site.
We invite you to come along and be part of something special at the Peace Walk 2026. It’s an awesome chance to get together with others who believe in spreading kindness and good vibes.
