Pause with Cacao — A Guided Cacao Ceremony

You’re warmly invited to 'Pause with Cacao', a gentle cacao ceremony lovingly guided by Tabather (Soulomorfi), who brings us over five years’ experience holding cacao ceremonies.

Together we gather to connect with the spirit of cacao with reverence, gratitude, creativity, and gentle celebration. This is a soft, spacious ceremony, a moment to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. We’ll sip ceremonial cacao, move gently if it feels supportive, rest deeply, and listen inward.

Through breath, guided meditation, and gentle body awareness, Tabather will hold a warm and welcoming space for you to arrive just as you are. This ceremony offers a gentle return to breath, presence in the body, and stillness within. Gentle movements are optional and always guided by inner listening, you may sway, stretch lightly, rest, or simply remain still.

There will be moments to sit, lie down, reflect, and simply receive - providing a space to witness, observe, and be present with yourself.

This ceremony is open to all and no prior experience with cacao or embodied practices is needed.

What the Ceremony Will Hold

A gentle opening circle to arrive, settle, and connect
A guided cacao meditation, sipping slowly and opening the heart
Gentle, optional body awareness to soften, release, and come home to yourself
Moments of stillness and reflection to lie down, journal, or simply rest
A closing circle to integrate, share, and gently land

What to Bring

Bring anything that helps you feel cosy and at ease a blanket, cushion, and notebook or journal if you’d like to write or reflect. Cacao will be provided and is included in the ticket cost.
