Pause in the Park: Evening Sound Bath & Sunset

Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and step out of “go mode.”

Join me for a relaxed, outdoor Pause in the Park at City Park near Ferril Lake. This is a come-and-go, donation-based sound experience designed to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and simply be.

You’re welcome to arrive anytime, stay for a few minutes or the full experience, and settle into the space in whatever way feels most supportive for you.

Crystal singing bowls will be played for approximately one hour, creating a gentle, immersive soundscape. As the sound portion comes to a close, you’re invited to remain in stillness; resting, reflecting, or taking in the colors of the sky as golden hour unfolds.

• A relaxed, come-and-go outdoor setting
• ~1 hour of sound healing with crystal singing bowls
• Space to sit, lie down, or move as needed
• Time for integration and sunset viewing

I’ll be set up in the grassy area on the east side of Ferril Lake, near the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, just off the main walking path.

• A yoga mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lie on
• Layers for changing evening temperatures
• Water
• Any additional comfort items (pillow, eye mask, etc.)

This is a donation-based offering. Contributions are welcomed and appreciated, but not required. You’re invited to give what feels aligned for you.

This experience takes place in a public park. You may hear natural sounds from the environment, people passing by, distant conversations, or the rhythm of the park itself. You’re invited to allow these sounds to be part of the experience.
