Join us on Saturday 13 December in South West London (near Clapham Junction) for a nourishing day of yoga, breathwork, calming practices and quiet reflection — designed to help you release the year’s tension and enter the holidays grounded, centred, and restored.
This isn’t a high-energy workshop.
It’s a deep, nervous-system-soothing retreat ideal for women who:

Rosaleen is a yoga teacher (since 2003), breathwork guide, and coach specialising in helping women reconnect with calm, clarity and inner steadiness. Her retreats blend ancient practices, somatic awareness, Clean Language coaching, and gentle nervous-system work — offering deep reset without overwhelm.
